Service costs: European knowledge
We are the only operator in the Netherlands with substantive knowledge within Europe. We have direct contacts with managers and owners in 28 countries and international sector associations such as the ICSC and RICS. We also played a major role in developing a standard service cost model for retail property in collaboration with VGM NL (Dutch Real Estate Management Organisation) and the IVBN (Association of Institutional Property Investors in the Netherlands).
